Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, partial refund, store credit, and/or an exchange. Please see detail below for conditions that apply to a return.
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the purchase date.
NEW AND UNUSED RETURN
Upon inspection, items returned new and in an unused condition, with original packaging in a good standing condition may qualify for a full refund or credit.
PARTIALLY USED RETURNS
Upon inspection, your return may qualify for a partial credit or refund if the partially used items is more than 50% full of the original product with no alterations to the contents of the product.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the info@NRxSKIN.com to arrange a refund or exchange.
To return an item, please email customer service at info@NRxSKIN.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization. Once confirmed for your return, place items securely in it’s original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest that you mail your return with a tracking method.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition or your item(s), we will process your return for a refund, exchange or credit. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• All Shipping is non-refundable.
• Gift Certificates – Electronic and/or Physical.
• Digital PDFs
• Programs and/or Courses
• Skin care products that are less than 50% full.
• Skin care products that have been altered.
• Special order items.
• SALE ITEMs are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
eGift/Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
If the amount of your transaction is less than the amount on your eGift/Gift Certificates, then remaining amount will be available for future purchases. If your order total is more than the amount on your certificate, then you will need to pay for the remaining balance.
eGift Certificates are just like cash. If you lose your certificate, we cannot replace or refund the money. If you have stored your certificate information, then you may still use that certificate to make purchases, provided that the lost or stolen certificate has not already been redeemed.
