24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment. There will be a 50% charge to all appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled after the allotted 24 hours’ notice time.
LATE POLICY
If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, we may need to reduce your appointment time, so our next client is not inconvenienced by your tardiness.
